1. Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and CheeckBox ("we", "us", or "our") for the use of arg0 software and services. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using arg0, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the software or service.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, CheeckBox grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use arg0 for your personal or internal business purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code
- Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works of arg0
- Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or redistribute arg0 to third parties
- Circumvent or disable any security or technical protections
- Use arg0 for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Resell or offer arg0 as a service to third parties without authorization
4. Ownership
All intellectual property rights in arg0, including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, logos, and documentation, are owned by CheeckBox or its licensors. This EULA does not grant you any rights to use CheeckBox trademarks without prior written consent.
5. Accounts and Service Integration
Some features require an account and may connect to CheeckBox cloud services, AI model providers, and third-party tools such as MCP servers. Use of these integrated services is subject to this EULA, our Terms of Service, and any applicable third-party terms.
6. Updates and Support
CheeckBox may provide updates, patches, or new features. Updates are subject to this EULA. CheeckBox is not obligated to provide technical support unless separately agreed in a paid support plan.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of arg0 is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. You retain ownership of data you create, but grant CheeckBox the limited rights necessary to operate and improve the service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
arg0 is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheeckBox shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use arg0. CheeckBox is not responsible for the output, actions, or decisions of AI agents executed through arg0.
10. Termination
You may terminate this EULA by uninstalling arg0 and ceasing all use. CheeckBox may terminate this EULA and your access at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason.
11. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
